Characteristics
A 1 Mukhi bead shows 1 natural line (mukh) running from top to bottom. Round 1 Mukhi beads are extremely rare; the half-moon form from South India is more often seen.

Commonly worn on red or black thread or set in silver or gold. Keep dry, away from soap and perfume, and wipe gently with a soft cloth. Follow the guidance of your family or teacher on how and when to wear it.
